Strollercise is a total body workout designed especially for moms with their babies. Bring your baby in their stroller and enjoy a fitness class that is fun & safe for both mom & baby! No need for childcare because baby is with you!
**Children who still enjoy riding in the stroller are welcome to attend. If you have more than one, double strollers are perfect! Older children may enjoy running along with us as long as they are supervised.
**You must have been given you 6wk postnatal clearance from your doctor to participate in this class.
