Fitness: Learn to Run: Learn To Run 10K


Already trained and completed a 5K Run? Have you been running for a couple months or even years and want to challenge yourself and train to run a 10k? Then consider our learn to Run a 10K program! This eight ten week running program is designed for a gradual progression in which the walking time decreases as the running time slowly increases, at the end of the program you will be prepared to run 10K. You will meet with the Instructor and team once per week and you will be required to complete the other sessions on your own time either with running partners or individually. This is a great program to help you lose weight, increase energy, lean out the lower body, meet new friends who are around the same fitness level, and stay accountable to yourself, the instructor and the team! Sign up for the 10 K and experience the "runners" high that will energize your system!
