Fitness: Learn to Run: Need 4 Speed


Do you want to increase your speed for a 5km, 10km or 1/2 marathon? Or do you want to mix up your training and really push yourself to the MAX? This program focuses on HITT principles. It is all cardio, with a mixture of stretching and core exercises at the end!
Bring your water and ENERGY to these camps! You will not be disappointed. Get ready for the sweat fest!
