Week One: How to Lose Weight & keep it off for good! We will calculate your BMR, explain
how many calories you need per day in order to maintain, lose or gain weight and where these should come from! We will take everyone's weight & measurements and calculate their BMI. Recipe of the week & assignment #1 will be given!
Week Two: We will teach you how to read food labels, what to look for, etc. We will review Canada's food guide, talk about portion sizes and display numerous food products that are the best on the market (which you can find in your local community) Weekly weigh in, recipe of the week & assignment #2 will be given!
Week Three: We will talk about the BEST restaurants to dine in around town and pick the best options. We teach you how to order healthy, you will still be able to fit in a social life without expanding your waistline! Weekly weigh in, recipe of the week & assignment #3 will be given!
Week Four: We will talk about exercises you can do at work, home & in the gym to strengthen your back & core muscles. We will also talk about exercise tips to burn the fat and get you fast results! Weekly weigh in, recipe of the week & assignment #4 will be given!
Week Five: We will talk about ways to make recipes more healthy. Give you tips on cooking & preparing your foods. Provide you with ways to save money at the grocery store and make your foods last longer throughout the week. Weekly weigh in, recipe of the week & assignment #5 will be given!
Week Six: We will discuss the risks of being overweight and obese and just plain unhealthy! We will provide you with the facts and statistics on health concerns and we will talk about the many dietary & lifestyle habit you can do NOW to help prevent becoming another statistic! Weekly weigh in, recipe of the week will be given!
