Lost 30 Pounds & 35 Inches in Three Months

Where to start..

In my teens and twenties, I was always fairly active so I didn't have deal with a weight problem.. (nothing any more than 5 or 10 lbs.anyway)

All of a sudden, in the last few years, I noticed a few changes.my jaw line had disappeared.it became harder to find clothes that were "made well" and had "good fit". I was still working out fairly regularly."what was the problem?" Why was I so winded at the top of the stairs. Why was it so uncomfortable to sit in my clothes?? Oh well, they just didn't make clothing the way they used to..I was definitely the Queen of Denial.

One day I was bending down to pick up something my friend had dropped and the bottom exploded out of my jeans (in front of a room full of male colleagues-first time I had met them.guess they would not soon forget me) and I just could not believe that my jeans that I loved had fit so well could betray me-I was so proud of them because even though they were stretchy, they were a size 8-that for me at that time was reason enough to love them no matter what. (Never mind that I was definitely squeezing 10 lb of sugar in a 5 lb sack.)

The moment of truth came when I hopped on the scales for the first time in years.I figured I might have gained a pound or two, but I really was not prepared for what they would tell me-I was 20lb heavier than I had estimated..wow my 5"1' dainty (in my mind) frame was carrying 155 lb. Something definitely had to be done. They say you are what you eat and I definitely was.

I had just become acquainted with Rob Corbett. After a couple of brief conversations (it's a small town) Rob had mentioned that his training was in nutrition. It was glaringly apparent to me that I really needed a nutritionist.badly!!! Shortly after that, he and I struck a deal. I would walk at least 4x a week for at least 1/2 hour and strength train 3x a week and he would come up with a very specific menu just for me, taking my height, weight, activity level; body type, likes and dislikes into account. At this point, I was ready to try almost anything.

When I told my husband Mike about the healthy lifestyle I was going to adopt, he said "I love you the way you are.don't do it for me, do it for you". I knew he meant it and that was all the encouragement I needed. My friend Danyel had decided she needed his help too, so she engaged him as well.

It was definitely a change in the way I ate.goodbye to all processed food and very little fat-that was not all that surprising. What WAS surprising was how great I felt; how much energy I had and how full I felt after my meals. I thought "wow, I really don't have to suffer in order to get results. I kept in constant contact with Rob (he was a great support) and Danyel. My husband had seen how good I was feeling and the positive results I was having, so he enlisted Rob's help as well.

Meanwhile, Dani and I had become faithful workout partners in this journey. She and I made a commitment to do our first 10K run together (normally I would only run away from something, like a bear or a natural disaster, or perhaps the scales J ). Three months into our journey, we completed that run on Mothers Day. We were pumped!!!!! We were most proud because we never stopped once; kept running and did not finish dead last. We plan on making those runs a regular occurrence. It really is a lot of fun!!

Since I began living this way ("The Inches Weight loss" plan) a lot of co-workers; family and friends have been deciding that it would be advantageous for them as well. They have seen what I eat, the change in my appearance and the added energy I have and have decided that it is the right decision for them as well. I greatly enjoy seeing the positive changes in them as well.

The thing that makes me most excited about this program is that it did not leave me holding the bag once I got to my goal. The professionals at "Inches Weight loss" are committed to helping you live a healthy lifestyle after the weight is gone and will work with you as your goals change. I feel better at 38 than I have felt in years!!

As old "99" once said, "you will always miss 100% of the shots you don't take" and this is one chance I am glad I took My guess is, you will too.

Thank you Inches Weight loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Lorna and I would like to share with you my experience with the Inches Weight Loss program. When I joined, I was 158lbs and my size 14 clothes were too tight. Eight weeks later, I reached my goal weight of 135. It is now 7 months later and my weight remains between 133 and 135. I have lost 21.5 inches and wear a size 5.

Losing weight, hmmm, where do I begin.well let's start at the beginning! My struggle with weight started in my early 20's. I was in extreme denial that I even had a weight problem until one day after Christmas, when I was looking at some pictures and I didn't know who the fat girl was in one of the photos, until I looked real close and realized it was me!!! That started the journey.

Inches Weight-Loss, what can I say about this diet.

First thing, it is not a diet. Inches encourages you and puts you on the road to healthy eating. All the meals are well proportioned, if anything there is more than you want to eat.

Danyel
In a time long, long ago, in a land far, far away, I was thin. But then I hit my twenties and it went downhill from there. I was the type of person who avoided exercise like the plague and my food groups were fat, chocolate, salt, and sugar.

I've always had a weight problem. Over the years, I've watched my jean size go from an 8 to a 12, and my scale weight rise from 133 lbs to 158 lbs. I am 5"1, so this weight range is very unhealthy for a woman of my stature.

My son Sebastian approached me at the age of 57 and put forth a challenge to me, to do a 12 week physique transformation and get in better shape than had been experienced in several years. I accepted the challenge and began by checking my weight and body fat etc...

What brought me to inches was supporting a close friend with a dream she had to be in the military. She wanted me to come and support her on her weigh in.

I had been going to Andy Young's Muay Thai class for a few weeks and walked past the Inches office three times a week. The reason I had joined the club in the first place was I had pretty much hit rock bottom fitness-wise. I had always struggled with fitness and was the poster-boy for the "roller-coaster" that most people who have struggled with it will understand.

Thanks to Inches Weight Loss fitness bootcamps for getting and keeping me off my "fence"! We've all been there and so many people still are when it comes to self improvement. Sitting atop our self-made "fences" daydreaming of how in-shape we once were and where we should be or could be, if only the fence top wasn't so easy to stay on.
