20 Pounds & 27 Inches in 8 Weeks

In a time long, long ago, in a land far, far away, I was thin. But then I hit my twenties and it went downhill from there. I was the type of person who avoided exercise like the plague and my food groups were fat, chocolate, salt, and sugar.

I have struggled with my weight for a long time. About a year and a half ago, I decided to get serious about my health. I started regularly attending a gym and I began to make more healthy choices concerning my food. I lost about 35 pounds in just under a year! YEAH!! But then I hit the infamous plateau and I was stuck at the same weight for 5 months. And nothing I did was working! I increased the frequency and intensity of my workouts until I was doing 80 minutes on the Stair Master (at a high level) and then weights 5 times a week! The weight wasn't budging.

Then I heard about Inches Weight Loss Solutions. I went to a consultation and was taught how to lead a healthier life without overdoing it at the gym. The program is easy to follow and the food is fantastic! I went form 158 pounds to 138 in 8 weeks! And not only did I lose the weight, but I had abundant energy. In fact, I was so energized by the program; I trained for and ran my first 10k race at the Fredericton Marathon!

Also, I happened to have a checkup with my Doctor while on the program. As another benefit, since my weight loss, I now have healthy low blood pressure, VERY low cholesterol, and a very pleased Doctor! There are so many benefits from this program!

I needed a helping hand to get myself where I wanted to be. When I was asked my goal I had told my weight loss coach that I wanted to be a size 8. I am pleased to say I am a size 6! And I owe it all to Inches Weight Loss. A great program run by great people. What more could you ask for? Thanks again guys!
